Brittany Harry headed to Cumberland to fulfill volleyball coaching goal; Successful coach assembled 88-38 VU record in 3 seasons

Brittany Harry has resigned as Vincennes University’s volleyball coach to accept the volleyball coaching position at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN.
Friday, July 11, was Harry’s last day with the VU program and she will begin her duties at Cumberland on Monday, July 14. A search is under way for her replacement with the Trailblazers.

Five VU student-athletes make their way onto NJCAA Academic Awards lists

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Vincennes University Track & Field, Cross Country, Baseball and Women’s Basketball Teams are represented on the NJCAA’s lists of 2013-14 Academic Student-Athlete Awards.
The lists were released earlier today from the NJCAA Headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO, and included Trailblazers and recent VU graduates Kendra Bosecker, Chloe Heller, Anya Kalenta, Jared Melliff and John Rodrick.

VU Bowling moving to USBC affiliation for 2014-15 school year

Vincennes University’s bowling team – a long-time powerhouse among two-year programs and a highly competitive entry in tournaments filled with four-year collegiate teams – is leaving the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and becoming affiliated with United States Bowling Congress (USBC) Collegiate.
