VU Women move to 4-0 behind Dodd's double-double

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. – The Vincennes University Women's Basketball Team won, 94-74, Tuesday at Three Rivers in Poplar Bluff, MO. The Trailblazers are now 4-0 on the season.
Sophomore Nicole Dodd had 27 points and freshman Jeanier Olukemi finished with 24. Dodd and sophomore Anais Kirvan had 10 rebounds each, while Olukemi registered seven assists and four steals.
VU led 33-32 at the half, before taking command in the second half.

VU Women dismantle Lindsey Wilson; Dodd and Lueken zero in from “downtown” in victory

Vincennes University sophomore Nicole Dodd scored 18 of her game-high 21 points in the first half and freshman Emily Lueken hit all five of her 3-pointers in the second half to lead the VU Women’s Basketball Team in a 104-32 dismantling of Lindsey Wilson Monday night at the VU P.E. Complex.
Sophomore Tasia Brewer had 11 points and freshman Jeanier Olukemi scored 10 off the bench for the Trailblazers (3-0).
VU claimed the win with the help of a 52-16 rebounding advantage and a 50 percent shooting performance. That shooting included 11-for-22 from beyond the 3-point line.
